PURPOSE OF THE ROLE


This profile will be obsessed with all things digital & luxury, and highly motivated to continue the success story of Givenchy's digital performance whilst always protecting the brand image.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Day-to-Day Tasks

  • Support the management of the local ecommerce site, tracking performance on a daily basis
  • Coordinate product launches and update site content, including visuals, merchandising & promotions
  • Maintain daily site checks for any bugs, errors, and/or required optimisations to support sales.
  • Support on ecommerce tech developments working closely with our tech team in headquarters
  • Analyse past sales trends to support on monthly forecasts
  • Brief local media campaigns, working alongside Labelium, Tigrz and Publicis to drive awareness, traffic and conversion
  • Liase with Operations & Client Services team to maintain the utmost customer service for Ecommerce customers
  • Assist with ecommerce budget and raise POs

Reporting

  • Prepare weekly ecommerce reports, tracking sales vs target / key priorities & qualitative feedback
  • Monitor ecommerce trends and best practices to create a detailed monthly competitor analysis
  • Completion of UK reports: Monthly Business Review
  • Support on the completion of monthly reports shared with Ecommerce headquarters.
  • Completion of launch reports shared with Marketing Team headquarters

PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • Fluent in English
  • Genuine affinity for the brand and the luxury industry
  • Strong numeric and analytical skills
  • Keen eye for detail and excellent proofreading skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Team player able to build strong and efficient relationships
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Highly organised and detailoriented, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with unprompted followthrough
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Excel and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Previous digital experience required
