The opportunity:
Fixed Term Contract 9-12 months
As a Handover Specialist you will be responsible for arranging and facilitating the handover of our purchased vehicles. You will work closely with the team of Sales Executives to get their pipeline of vehicles handed over. Daily, you will focus on getting vehicles processed through various departments such as preparation, valeting and administration.
At handover stage you will ensure the customer has signed all of the required sales documents and go through the main features of their new vehicle with them to get them on their way.
During the handover with the customer there may be an opportunity for up-selling additional products and services such as warranty and service plans.

- Ensuring sold vehicles are processed through various departments
- Working with a team of Sales Executives to deliver vehicles
- Contact customers to arrange handover
- Maintaining customer records and ensuring followups are completed
- Ensuring customer satisfaction scores are maintained
- Completing all sales related paperwork and ensuring customer sign off
- Vehicle demonstrations with customers
- Identifying opportunities for upselling
- Adhoc sales support duties
More about you:
- Previous service lead experience
- Process driven with the ability to adapt to new processes
- Team player
- Excellent communicator both written and verbal
- Goal orientated
- Confident telephone manner
- Ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and colleagues
- Ideally: experience in car sales
- Essential: full driving licence
