Our client is looking for the perfect Care Co-Ordinator to join their team who is eager, enthusiastic and who emphasises the importance of accuracy to help a TEAM.

CARE CO-ORDINATOR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will liaise with the team, professionals and clients to optimise the care provided
You must be capable of building trusting relationships with all contacts
You will organise rotas, conduct observations and shadow CareGivers when required
You shall complete care plans/packages
You will organise service reviews to keep the brand in high regards
You shall cover calls if carers are unavailable

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Previous experience in Health or Social Care is desirable, but not required
Extremely organised
Fantastic communication skills
Resilient and determined
Supportive of others
Hold a valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Salary of up to £27,300 depending on experience
Mileage payable in addition at £0.30 per mile
