**Job DescriptionSessional Learning Support Assistant - £13-21-£14.10p.h - (Zero Hours contract)**You will support identified learner(s) with the completion of tasks using the teacher's resources, or those provided by the Curriculum Development Manager.
This may include personal care needs. You will support the learners during the course and help them develop their skills, knowledge and understanding.
You will be expected to contribute to the class teacher's preparation at the beginning, and evaluation at the end of each teaching session in respect of the learner(s) they are supporting.
You will support the learners throughout their learning programme, including supporting identified learner(s) to fully integrate when at college and if on enrichment activities outside of the classroom.

About You
- Level 2 numeracy and Level 2 literacy.
- Appropriate learning support assistant qualification, or commitment to complete one within one year of confirmation of post.
In line with national priorities, you will also be expected to support and develop your learners' English and maths skills.
