Job Title - HR Helpdesk Agent

Band 2 - £10.90ph day rate

Saturday rate - £15/hr

Location - Ip-City. 1 Bath Street, Ipswich IP2 8SD (conference centre)

Department - Staff HR Helpdesk

Location - IP City for the weekday shift.

Saturday shift only is working at home

Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays 6.45am - 4pm based at IP-City, Ipswich

Saturdays 8am - 12noon, working from home (Saturdays only working from home, the other days will be based in Ip-City).
May be additional shifts available to cover sickness and holidays on an ad-hoc basis.

Duration - 4weeks.

Job Overview
You will provide a proactive and responsive first point of contract to staff contacting the Helpdesk.
The post holder will respond to calls providing accurate and timely advice to staff and managers and staff on Covid 19 (e.g. self-isolating, testing) and other absences.
You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have proven administrative and IT skills.

You will be able to provide a high level of customer service, showing empathy and understanding in dealing with queries.
