Description

We are currently looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to join our Sales team at our Head Office in York.

As a Sales Support Coordinator you will respond to opportunities from existing and potential customers, providing a high level of service to ensure the Sales (E & W) order potential is maximised.

Role Details

Salary: from £23,000pa to £24,000pa depends on experience
Role based: Portakabin Ltd., New Lane, Huntington, York, YO32 9PT
Contract type: Permanent
Annual leave: 25 days plus bank holidays

Role Responsibilities

Qualify, process and follow up opportunities from potential customers.
Carry out proactive business development campaigns completing telesales calls and phone followup in liaison with Area Managers and negotiate sales orders.
Develop and maintain a close working relationship with the field sales force and to support them in maximising their order potential.
Record the progress of each sales opportunity on CRM.
Ensure high levels of customer service at all times.

We are looking for someone who has:

GCSE or Equivalent Levels of education
Previous experience in an administrative role
Previous experience in a Sales, Customer Service or Telesales environment
Previous experience of working in a fastpaced environment and ability to work under time pressure
Experience of using CRM systems e.g. Microsoft Dynamics would be desirable but not essential
