Cobalt Housing is recruiting for an experienced and skilled Income Officer to join us.

This role is key to the effective collection of income across all areas of debt recovery within a wider Neighbourhood Team.

This post is to provide cover and support a friendly and established team, whist achieving role related KPIs.

Working within a busy and supportive Neighbourhood Team, the Income Officer will manage current tenant and sundry debt accounts in a designated patch within agreed policies and procedures and deliver a comprehensive rental debt recovery service and work with the Benefits Advice Team to ensure rental income is maximised and benefit advisory services are provided to customers.
