We're looking for someone with excellent administration skills to join our Back Office Business Team at Royal Primary Care on a permanent contract.

Full time/ Part time considered (to cover 37.5 hours per week).

We are looking for a self-motivated, individual to work in the data team within Back Office Business Team. Managing all documents received within the Back Office Business Team for all 9 sites.

The data team are accountable for all documents coming into Royal Primary Care and ensuring these are processed within a timely manner and ensuring data is inputted accurately.

Attention for detail is key. Strict confidentiality is imperative.

The data teamwork under pressure and to deadlines and targets, therefore having a calm and can-do attitude will be really beneficial.

Full training will be given to the right applicant. The ability to work within a team environment is a must.

We are looking for someone with IT skills and a knowledge of windows/ Microsoft experience as well as working with databases in particular in an NHS setting.

Other essential skill/qualifications are GCSE/ Functional Skills in English & Maths Level C/ Grade 4, ability to follow instructions, a desire for service improvement, having a pro-active approach in learning, attention to detail, problem solver and produce quality work.


Desirable skills/ qualifications are Medical Terminology, NVQ or equivalent in Business Administration, knowledge of an NHS environment, knowledge of working with SystmOne (or equivalent).
