Description

Our client is a leading provider of laboratory informatics solutions, with expertise in implementing and supporting LIMS solutions in the Pharmaceutical, Food and Beverage, Chemicals, Oil processing, and Contract Laboratory sectors.

As a Applications Consultant, you will be responsible for providing technical consultation for implementing system architecture to a broad range of clientele.

You will also provide technical support for the launch of a suite of cloud solutions for digitaldata in 2023.

This role offers exciting opportunities to be at the forefront of the digital revolution in laboratories; working with multiskilled teams on projects with some of the world's biggest scientific organisations.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical consultation for system architecture, integration, and cloud solutions for clients
Utilise your LIMS product knowledge and systematic approach to problem resolution to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Help with instrument integration and systems integration as needed
Develop and maintain excellent documentation skills and solution conceptualisation skills

Requirements:

A strong background in engineering or IT sectors
3+ years' of experience in software implementation and coding
Strong problem solving aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Experience with instrument and systems integration
