Collins Property Recruitment are working with a successful and established agency in the heart of West Hampstead

They are looking for an experienced and confident Commercial Property Manager to manage their portfolio.

Managing 40 buildings on behalf of clients, the majority have a commercial element. They collect rents, chase arrears, maintain and clean common parts, refurbishments and arrange planned works. The Commercial Property Manager is responsible for looking afterall of these buildings.

Required skills of the Commercial Property Manager:

You must be experienced in property management, preferably commercial.
Excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of Reapit (RPS) is desirable.
Microsoft Office packages, including Excel.

In return, the Commercial Property Manager will receive up to £50,000 per annum. This is a full-time role, and you will be joining a genuinely modern, flexible and generous employer
