Shifts can include Mornings, Nights, Weekends, Sleep Ins and Weekends_

You will assist in leading staff to operate within legal parameters as described in the Companies Policies and Procedures, ensuring the homes are kept to a good standard, to include cooking and cleaning and of course safeguarding their welfare at all times.

You will support the business, clinical & social development of the service. You will lead shifts and manage a team as well as a care team.

Essential:_

Good standard of Written and Spoken English, sufficient to write Records and Reports
In Date DBS
NVQ Level 3: Caring for Children and Young People
Experience of working with young people, 1217, with challenging behaviours
Experience of Shift Leading and Supervising Care Staff
Completing LAC Reports and attending external meetings
Knowledge of Young People and the problems they face
Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information
A STRONG desire to work with young people
Ability to be patient and a sense of humour
Safeguard at all times
Be Flexible

Experience of working with young people with Emotional, Behavioural Difficulties, Autism
