based near to Elland Road, this position is perfect for a B2B sales professional with 1 year + experience. The company offer hybrid working, but as a trainee to get the best out of your on-boarding and learning experience we would expect you to work 5 days per week in the office until you are established/ have passed probation
£23, ,000 basic with a realistic year 1 OTE of £35,000 (commission of up to 30%), private healthcare, paid company events, incentive trips and individualized bespoke incentives for achieving peformance targets (holiday/ TAG watch etc).


Harrison Sands are really excited to be hiring a Trainee Recruiter to join a thriving historic client of ours based in Leeds.

Supplying finance staff, you'll be dealing with Yorkshire based clients and the job is all about building lasting relationships with clients
- both over the phone and in person and you'll be supported with lots of fun client events to aid you in this.

Finance is a recession-proof sector, fee values are strong and clients are always in need of recruiter's services.

As a Trainee Consultant you will be given full training on all elements of recruitment
- day to day activities will include:

  • Making sales and client update calls.
  • Advertising jobs and proactively headhunting against your open vacancies.
  • Negotiating fees and job offers.

Pay:
£23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
