Your role

You will work as part of a team, engaging and supporting your colleagues in providing excellent customer service and correspondence, with a desire to deliver on our promises.

We provide the necessary training, so you have all the tools at your disposal. As part of your role, you will be working on shift patterns with some evening and weekend work.

About you
Communication skills are crucial, as is having a genuine desire to help our customers.

The ability to listen and identify customer needs, by providing the best solutions with a high level of professionalism and empathy is key.

You will have a background in providing great customer service and showing an ability to think on your feet and operate with the customer in mind, which will put you in a great position to be successful at RSA.
