Apprenticeship Group Wales have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic administrative assistant to join our team.

You will be responsible for maintaining, monitoring and updating our internal systems to ensure compliance.

Successful applicants will have a minimum of 2 years experience within an administration role.

Salary for this position exceeds the national minimum wage and will be pro rata dependant on agreed hours of work each week.

Job Description :
Data & Compliance Administrator


Purpose & Aim


To support the team with all administrative activities, responsible for maintaining, monitoring and updating all our internal data systems to ensure compliance.


Operational Key duties and responsibilities

Quality & Compliance:

  • Take responsibility for the protection of data in line with policies and procedures
  • Ensures all administrative and processing activities across all funding streams are completed accurately in a timely manner and in line with funding rules and regulations
  • Ensure learner eligibility requirements are met in line with funding rules and compliance expectations
  • Maintain accurate manual and electronic learner records ensuring learner data management system and tracking tools are used effectively
  • Work to audit expectations of funding and awarding bodies
  • Undertake awarding body registrations and certifications
  • Comply with Apprenticeship Wales Training's Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, Safeguarding and Health & Safety policies

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 20 per week

£11,235.00 per year
