Job Title:
Child Mental Health Support Specialist


Working Hours: 5 days per week, 8:45 am - 2:30 pm


Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children? Join our dedicated team as a Child Mental Health Support Specialist in a trauma-informed unit.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide empathetic and traumainformed mental health support to students within a school environment.
  • Collaborate with educators and staff to create a safe and supportive space for children who have experienced trauma.
  • Implement evidencebased interventions to address emotional and behavioral challenges.
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere that promotes overall wellbeing.

Qualifications:


  • Relevant experience in child mental health support or related field.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to tailor support strategies to individual needs.

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position, working 5 days per week from 8:45 am to 2:30 pm.

£12.00-£13.33 per hour

Expected hours: 27.5 per week
