In this role, the digital transformation in HR is being driven forward within the TUI Group.SAP SuccessFactors was introduced as the new HRIT platform and we are looking for a creative, open-minded, innovative and inquisitive individual to help shape ourTUI People as a common HRIS platform across TUI.
ABOUT THE JOB
- The focus of this role will be supporting both Employee Central and Reward modules of SuccessFactors including BAU, project, configuration, and implementation.
- You will support a network of Key Users across the business to ensure the solution in utilized and embedded in all parts of the business where implemented.
- You will ensure our data governance principles are adhered to and Framework processes are embedded.
- Take a leading role in project workshops and meetings and ensure decisions are documented and agreed to. You will play a key part in the testing of the solution through the various iterations. You will be required to tailor test cases throughout and ensurethat the SME's have the required support to "sign off" on each test phase.
- You will be required to work closely with other work streams within the project to ensure that all requirements have been correctly defined, tested and documented. Working with teams such as Training to ensure that "how to guides and FAQ's" are createdand cascaded. Working with IT to ensure that Role Based Permissions and Roles have been correctly built and fully tested.
ABOUT YOU
- Proven relevant work experience managing the implementation, configuration and support of an HR system
- Previous experience of Success Factors Employee Central and Reward modules across complex matrix organisations, Accredited/Certified in one or more Success Factors module.
- Knowledge of cloud solutions is required. Proven experience with implementation of HRIS solution implementation, configuration and change management on a multisite, multicompany, multicountry basis
- Strong analytical capabilities and a willingness and ability to quickly learn new tools, systems and software
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills to work across the Group at different levels. Very Strong communication & influencing
- Must be willing to travel on a regular basis approximately once a month.
