The Role


As the Assistant Manager, you will maximise profit through effective management and display of stock, whilst developing a productive team to ensure exceptional levels of customer service are achieved.


Key Responsibilities of this

Assistant Manager:
-


  • Responsible for training and motivating employees to achieve the goals of the store.
  • Greet and serve all customers providing a friendly service and delivering a full and memorable experience.
  • Manage your time efficiently by planning, organizing, and prioritizing.
  • Delegate tasks to the team as required.
  • Contribute and ensure store reaching its monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Ensure proper security control of stocks in the store.
  • Monitor cash handling and banking procedures are in line with Company policies and procedures.
  • Good Visual Merchandising standards.
**Requirements for this

Assistant Manager:
- *
  • Previous experience in a management or Supervisory/Keyholder position.
  • Background in Fashion or Accessories (though not essential ) within Retail, ideally in a customer facing role.
  • Experience in a premium or luxury retail setting will be desirable.
  • Target oriented and ensure the store and team meets KPIs.
  • Ability to manage and provide training to colleagues.
