We already have our 'mystery box' concept which is a ground-breaking, national, sustainable business offering pre-loved womenswear by post: good for people, purse and planet.

We are now developing b.kinda into the world of coffee shops - research has shown that there is room on the high street for more coffee shops and we want to be part of this exciting development.

b.kinda coffee is a high-quality food and beverage offering using locally sourced ingredients, trading in a sustainable and ethical way.

As one of our baristas, your passion for our coffee should equal your passion for working with the public.

As a barista for b.kinda coffee you will be working for a business which is sales driven but puts people first.

b.kinda values run through everything we do, so this role not only requires great customer service but at times may call for compassion and empathy.

Our expectation is you will have the same passion for people as we do, enabling us to generate income for an incredible cause.

The coffee shop (the first of a number we will launch in the coming years) will operate with the same quality, consistency and levels of service which we bring to all of our b.kinda businesses and 100% of profits will go to end-of-life care.

Continually covering split shifts or working until the early hours, are not what we are about.
