Role:


We are looking for an individual who can deal with a range of responsibilities, someone who is also highly organised and proactive with a high level of personal initiative.


The role will include EA responsibilities to the Heads of our Prime Central London Developments team, as well as the day to day support for the Partners, alongside administration for the rest of the team.

This includes collaborating with colleagues from across the team and the broader business to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

It will also involve creative input for marketing collateral and pitches to support the team in producing the highest quality collateral.


Responsibilities:


  • Invoicing, bad debt reporting & fee reconciliation
  • Reporting weekly figures
  • Invoicing and managing the monthly billing schedule, managing, and tracking fees
  • Onboarding new starters
  • Creating terms of business and heads of terms
  • Handling and creating new instructions
  • Completing Conflict of Interest checks on all new and potential business
  • Assisting the CDD team with compliance checks where necessary
  • Preparing reports, agendas, and papers for meetings and minute taking in meetings if required
  • Organising business generation events/meetings/lunches
  • Assisting with team diaries, helping to make appointments and arrangements for meetings with clients and colleagues
  • Assisting the team with pitch preparation normally PowerPoint

Key Experience Required:


  • 3+ years experience in a similar/supportbased role preferred
  • Real estate experience preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft packages including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
