Administrator - Social Housing

Disrepair team

Maintenance contractor

Full time, Perm position

£24,000 - £26,000 PA

Key Responsibilities:


  • To log all new jobs onto Total Mobile.
  • Resident contact to arrange Validation Surveys and Post Inspection Surveys.
  • Allocating relevant job codes to Site Managers for Validation and Post Inspection Surveys.
  • Responding to Client queries regarding access to properties.
  • Generate letters to Residents at various points of the job workflow.
  • Provide Admin support to the Disrepairs Team
  • Raise purchase orders as instructed.

Requirements:


  • Excellent admin and customer service skills
  • Previous experience within social housing/construction/disrepair is preferable
  • Previous experience in a similar position
