Our client based in Central Manchester is looking to appoint a strong administrator to join their fast paced growing business.

You will be working across supply chain and waste contract administrator, responsible for dealing with all site and service provider issues.

Hybrid working will be offered after training is complete and working hours


Responsibilities:

  • Involved with supply chain process support, ensuring site requirements are captured and arranging site visits and interviews.
  • Arrange quarterly reviews and bespoke site meetings with the service providers
  • Support reviewing and collating data including data checking
  • Support the delivery of the Waste Operation Strategy
  • Provide contract administrator support to ensure KPIs are achieved
  • Arranged and attended contract management review meetings
  • General administrative support across the wider businesss.

Profile:


  • Must have administrative support in either Property Management, Contracts Management, Supply Chain, or within the Waste/Recycling sector.
  • Must have strong IT skills across Microsoft Office Packages
  • Understanding of the Waste Management Sector would be beneficial
  • Data management skills required
  • Ability to communicate effectively and clearly must have a can do attitudes
