Office Administrator | Accountancy Practice | £21,000 per annum
AJ Chambers are working with a client who have a great opportunity to join an Accountancy firm in Central London, in an Office Administrator reporting to the Office Manager.
The main duties of the role will be:
- Reception cover
- Invoicing
- Banking and managing petty cash
- General office tasks being refill the printer paper, clear the shredder, photo copying
- Ad hoc tasks as required by staff members
- Post Room
- Keep meeting rooms presentable
Knowledge of both Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office is essential as is being a good team player, having a confident phone manner and able to work under mínimal supervision.
