Customer Service Supervisor


A brilliant opportunity has become available to work for a business based in Leeds with ambitious growth plans and an aim to be number one in their field.

They have an open and supportive culture and are currently improving internal systems, structure, and goals to support in their growth.

They are looking for an experienced Customer Service Supervisor with excellent people skills and a positive and nurturing outlook.

You will have managed a telephony team, monitored KPI's and service levels, provided training and have high customer service standards.


This is a full-time position Monday - Friday , salary between £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience, 25 days holiday and on-site parking.

Responsibilities include

  • Daily management of a small telephony customer service team
  • Provide induction training and identify ongoing training needs
  • Motivate and support the team to ensure KPI's and service levels are achieved
  • Provide a high level of customer service and deal with any escalated issues
  • Internal communication to resolve complaints / queries
  • Distribute and monitor workload throughout the team
  • Undertake staff one to ones and appraisals
  • Previous team leader / management experience of a customer service telephony team
  • Proactive, positive, and supportive
  • Strong customer services skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong IT skills

Job Types:

Salary:
£30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Leeds: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
