Job Description:
Due to our continued growth we are recruiting a brand new role in one of our digital teams, Graduate Scientific Software Implementation Specialist, 12 month FTC.
Working alongside the Product Manager, Business Analysts and users from our scientific community your role is to understand the business requirements, propose solution design and ultimately configure the system.
Requirements of the role will include reviewing user requirements and translate them into functional specifications, configure the system based on these functional specifications and fllow up and report on the progress of actions.
Qualifications:
The successful applicant will have knowledge of programming or scripting language working with scientific data (Python, JSP, JavaScript).
Experience in lab informatics software, building SQL queries, web technologies, (HTML, JavaScript, CSS), CSV (Computer Systems Validation) processes, software & configuration management system
is preferred but not essential.
or experience in Biology, Life Science or a Laboratory setting,
