We have an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation operating on a global business in a fast paced sector Embarking on a period of expansion and transformation, the business is offering a unique offering to its customers worldwide and is forecastingcontinued high-growth.
The HR Business Partner will join the business initially on a 12 month FTC to successfully deliver (and influence) the company's people strategy across their operational functions, driving engagement and performance initiatives to enablea high-performance culture.
The role is mainly UK based but with some international responsibility.Role overview:
- Develop, in conjunction with the Director of People and Internal Communications, a people and engagement strategy that ensures the People Change Agenda is effectively delivered within expected parameters and timeframes and ensuring that departmental objectivesare achieved.
- Leads relationship management with key stakeholders that the role is aligned to, and supports the creation of line area strategy in order to ensure that people issues are properly considered
- Coaches and facilitates teams and individuals in the client area to create effective relationships capable of delivering the people plan
- Acts as a trusted advisor and challenges client where appropriate to ensure that proposals meet employment legal requirements.
- Understands the client organisation and reviews this to identify possible change to improve organisational effectiveness
- Responsible for creating and maintaining an effective and collaborative industrial relations environment.
- Accountable for the delivery of performance management initiatives, and reward portfolio including involvement in the design of future reward propositions.
- Design and deliver employee engagement surveys and people communications plan in conjunction with Communications Team;
- Assessing capabilities on a team or individual basis. Where appropriate, identifying training requirements and supporting the Learning and Development Team to deliver training requirements.
- Support smooth transition of staff and taking action to mitigate employment risks by country and by region.
- Leads, develops and coaches a high performing HR Advisor team capable of managing and delivering change
- Works with HR specialists and People Services across the Group to ensure a seamless service from the People department
- Provides external HR insights and benchmarking information in order to bring current HR thinking to the client area
- MUST have experience at HR Business Partner level or above
- Significant change management experience, with a demonstrated track record of successfully delivering people related change agendas within a global organisation.
- Proven background in delivering significant and sustainable business benefits through change, e.g. increasing engagement or productivity, or reducing complexity
- Articulate quick thinker able to create plans, and to adapt and build on the ideas of others
- Strong delivery focus and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to relate to others on an appropriate level and across a broad range of cultures.
- Ability to communicate, influence, inspire and motivate others.
- Good analytical skills and commercial awareness
- Competent decisionmaking skills, able to weigh up factors quickly and accurately and understand the bigger picture
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
The HR division is responsible for recruiting permanent, temporary and contract roles within the field of Human Resources including; HRAdministrator, HR Assistant, HR Advisor, HR Business Partner, HR Manager, Head of HR, Employee Relations, talent, internal recruitment, Learning and Development, Compensation and Benefits/Reward and Recognition.
