Our client, one of the UK's largest construction companies, with a reputation for delivering highway, infrastructure, flood defence and heavy civil engineering projects, is recruiting for a Site Agent on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that has a dynamic and diverse workforce that deliver projects in challenging conditions.


As Site Agent you will:


  • Be responsible for delivering schemes from preconstruction to handover.
  • Manage day to day operations on site, including labour/plant/materials allocation, temporary works, health and safety.
  • Ensure that projects are completed on budget, monitoring cost vs value
  • Be responsible for ensuring key milestones are met and the project is delivered within programme deadlines and to our clients technical specifications.
  • Liaise regularly with Senior Management, providing programme and progress reports.

Our client requires a Site Agent with:

  • ONC/HNC/Degree or in Civil Engineering or equivalent-
  • Experience of working on highway/road improvement schemes-
  • SMSTS, NRSWA Supervisor card and CSCS Managers card-
  • Flexibility to work days/nights/weekends
    Salary/Benefits:
  • £48,000
  • £58,000 per annum-

  • 42 hour working week
