Your New Role:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Permanent Resource Coordinator to join our Regional Accommodation Maintenance Service (RAMS) contract, part of the MOD's Future Defence Infrastructure Services (FDIS) based onsite at Catterick
Resource Coordinator plays an important role supporting operational performance by effectively utilising and monitoring the MRI (Concept Evo CAFM) system to ensure all response, void and Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks are correctly appointed within contractual timeframes.
The standard hours of work are
37.5 Per Week.
Please note working shift pattern:
2 weeks 07:00 to 15:00 then 2 weeks 10:00 to 18:00
You will be responsible for:
- Liaising with Supply Chain engineers to confirm availability of appointments when booking follow on work with families.
- Adhere to Security and Fraud prevention policies, processes, and systems.
- Monitor the completion of movein preparation works and highlight any concerns with completion to the Customer and Community Engagement Officer.
- Ensure all tasks are accurately recorded and highlight areas for improvement.
- Monitor resource levels as required to meet appointment demand and assist with forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR Regulations and Comply with the Organisation's Equality Policy.
- Responsible for ensuring H&S standards are achieved across the contract.
- This role will also support both local and business zero carbon programmes, working towards zero carbon in a strategic and lean manner as and where it is appropriate.

This is a fast paced and varied role offering a high level of responsibility. You will look after a large geographical area and multiple stakeholders in housing. There are plenty of opportunities for training and development and fantastic progression routes within the wider business.
We want to hear from you if you have:
Ideally you will have previous experience in scheduling, planning and co-ordinating.
You will be able to work in a fast paced, high-volume environment whilst being able to manage and deliver SLAs.
An understanding of Concept and FLS Systems knowledge is preferred but not essential.Excellent communication skills are needed as well as strong attention to detail. You will be a strong communicator and will take pride in your work.
A self-motivator focussed, and personable individual would succeed in this role as well as having the ability to work autonomously yet part of a wider team.
