Teaching Assistants needed urgently in the Birmingham area to start working ASAP
Do you have a passion and some experience working with children but don't have qualifications?

Due to a high demand of Teaching Assistants needed in Birmingham SEN schools, Balfor Education are looking for motivated, passionate and pro-active people who want the opportunity to work in a school environment.


The job:


  • You will either support a full classroom environment, work with small groups of children or 11 with a child
  • You will be working with students with special needs so some experience, even personal, would be preferable
  • Schools in multiple locations
  • You will need a passion and willingness to learn
  • You will need to be able to create a strong and supportive relationship with children
  • You will have a clear enhanced child and adult DBS or be willing to pay to have one processed through Balfor.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Temp to perm


Salary:
£70.00-£90.00 per day


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Birmingham,

West Midlands:
reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)


Experience:


  • Special needs: 1 year (preferred)
