Internal Care At Home Manager - Renfrewshire Health & Social Care PartnershipContract - 3 months - Full Time - 35 hours per week
Salary - £28-£30 per hour
Location - Paisley
The Social Care Community Partnership are looking to recruit an Internal Care At Home Manager for Renfrewshire Health and Social Care Partnership.
You will be responsible for the overall management of directly provided services for adults and older people, ensuring the effective safe care is in place for service users whilst ensuring all training and professional development needs for multi-disciplinaryteam members are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and management of internal Care at Home functions and contribute to the wider leadership and management of Council and HSCP services.
- As part of the Care at Home Senior Management Team, design, develop and implement Business Continuity Plans for the service and manage the business continuity test regime to ensure its effectiveness and to validate staff understanding of roles and responsibilitieswithin the plan.
- Ensure delivery and compliance of appropriate systems and processes to support financial governance within the service and ensure that delegated budgets are managed in accordance with financial regulations and Council policy.
- Lead a team of staff and associated resources and activities to meet service objectives.
- Provide management cover on a rotational basis out with normal working hours including weekends, evening and public holidays.
Experience/Skills
- It is essential that you are educated to degree level or hold a professional qualification in Social Work, Health or equivalent. An SVQ4 Registered Manager award is also desirable.
- It is essential that you are registered with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC).
- You should have experience of successfully delivering safe and highquality services, whilst managing increasing service demands and managing change.
- You should have experience of managing and leading multidisciplinary teams, budgetary management and working collaboratively with colleagues and partners to leverage more from our collective resources for the betterment of services.
