Consider a role in the Graduation & Awards team at BPP University

What you'll be doing


You will be a key member of the team, assisting with the planning and organising of our graduation ceremonies, with a focus on the data management aspect of the project — which is essential for organising well-run, successful events.

You will also be responsible for the creation, management, and issuance of award certificates; and providing academic references for former students.

What we're looking for

  • Knowledge of the Higher Education Sector
  • Excellent attention to detail and problemsolving skills
  • Administrative experience, preferably in the education sector
  • Advanced knowledge and experience of Microsoft Excel as a key part of the role will involve working with data.
  • Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Outlook, Word
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to successfully multitask and thrive under pressure
  • Proactive, with the ability to work within a team
  • Customerfocused with the ability to communicate at all levels with internal and external stakeholders
  • Good track record of GDPR compliance
  • Ideally, you will have some knowledge of Banner or a similar student information system, but this isn't essential

£25,000.00 per year
