**Residential Care Home Manager - small Elderly care home
Belper, Derby
up to £45,000 DOE

To be successful within this post the right applicant must display effective leadership, motivation and communication skills have the qualifications and know the fundamentals for person centred care and take on the reigns.

*Registered Managers Award (NVQ Level 4/ Level 5/ LMA or equivalent)
*Previous Experience as a Residential Home Manager/ Care Manager/ CQC Registered Manager/ Deputy Manager
*Full knowledge of the roles and responsibilities required to manage a Residential Care Home.
*Up to date knowledge on all legislation with governing bodies.
*CQC registration for the home

A small successful care home for elderly residents compliant with the CQC and very reputable locally a fantastic service for a Registered Manager to inherit.
Salary will be dependent on person, experience, interview very attractive for size of the service and opportuntiy + incentive/ bonus
