Business Transformation Change Manager - SC Cleared
Due to the nature of the assignment active SC is required to qualify.

Location:
London - Hybrid

Duration: 6 months (extensions)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a Business Change Plan
Lead the design of change management activities in the business and manage their delivery using a structured methodology
Establish and implement the mechanisms by which benefits can be delivered and measured
Build effective stakeholder relationships and manage their expectations to meet underlying business needs
Work with the business to optimize the timing, scale, and method of releasing project and change deliverables into business operations
Actively seek feedback from affected areas of the business and use this to inform future approaches to change management
Ensure that the affected business areas are supported through transition phases and that activities and measures are in place to reinforce new ways of working
Prepare affected business areas for the transition to new ways of working
Work with key stakeholders to develop effective and appropriate communications
Provide feedback to the Project Managers and Programme Manager on benefits realization and risks
Work with specialists to develop appropriate training materials to support change activities
Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile Delivery methodologies
