As a result of ongoing high growth, this leading global US Consultancy are heavily investing in their Real Estate Tax team and are looking to recruit Managers as well as ambitious Assistant Managers who are able to provide advice in all aspects of UK realestate transactions and tax advisory work.

If you are looking for a change from the usual Big 4 / Top 6 firms but still want to maintain the quality and complexity of clients and work, then look no further

You will be comfortable working across a wide mandate including:

  • Fund structuring
  • Buy side/Sellside due diligence
  • Deal structuring
  • Tax modelling
  • Transactions (in London, the UK and Overseas)
