Zachary Daniels are looking for an Employee Relations Advisor for a leading retailer.

Our client are looking for someone who will promote a positive ER culture by ensuring that our colleagues are treated fairly and consistently, and in line with the companypolicies, whilst minimising risks to the business.

This a newly created role due to a restructure within the people team & a great opportunity for the right person,

As an ER Advisor, you will support the Head of Employee Relations in planning and implementing key employee relations processes, policies, programmes and tools, and ensuring that policies and procedures are relevant and up-to-date.

The role is also integral to building the confidence of leaders in employee relations to enable them to make informed decisions and achieve operational goals.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage and resolve employee relations enquiries and cases
  • Give commercially focused, expert advice to your stakeholder group
  • Provide ER advice to the business
  • Interpreting and explaining HR policies to the wider business
  • Attending tribunals as and when required
Salary £30,000 - £35,000 dependent on experience, + bonus and benefits.
