Description

We are currently recruiting 2x Neighbourhood Housing Officers to work within a local authority, on a full time, temporary basis.

THE ROLE
- deliver a comprehensive, customer focused and responsive tenancy and estate management service to sustain tenancies.

Supporting tenants and helping to create safe and clean sustainable neighbourhoods.
Support the development of an integrated team that views and works with local communities in a joined up manner by sharing information and responding to information requests appropriately
Contribute towards ensuring that all operational activity and resources are geared towards delivering a Value for Money service.
Work as part of the team and assist in covering the front line housing and area management office when necessary, giving housing and general advice where appropriate.

THE PERSON

Must have GCSE's grades A-C in English and Maths

Job Types:
