We are looking to recruit a flexible and enthusiastic individual to work within our Carers Emergency Response Service (CERS).

You would be part of a team of experienced carers and provide support for pre-planned appointments to those individuals registered with CERS, along with emergency care and support should the need arise.

You would have a 30 hour contract and also participate in our Standby/On-Call rota on a planned basis.

Other duties will include completion of initial assessment, devising Emergency Care Plans and Risk Assessments and maintaining accurate written and electronic records for the individuals you work with.

You must be able to deliver exceptional care and support, have IT experience and be a car driver with the use of your own vehicle (and Business Cover insurance).

£11.05 per hour
