Description
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Assistant.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service and ensuring their needs are met.


Duties:


  • Assist customers with inquiries, product selection, and purchases
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Skills:


  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating totals
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone
  • Ability to upsell and promote products effectively
  • Organizational skills to maintain a tidy work area and keep track of inventory
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £23,887.18 per year
