We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Assistant.In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service and ensuring their needs are met.
Duties:
- Assist customers with inquiries, product selection, and purchases
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
Skills:
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating totals
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone
- Ability to upsell and promote products effectively
- Organizational skills to maintain a tidy work area and keep track of inventory
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
Job Types:

From £23,887.18 per year
