West of England Combined Authority (BS1 6AL) 1 day onsite 2 days remote - PART TIME_

(22.5 hours / 3 days) - 1 year contract

Rate - £25 to £28 per hour - Negotiable Dependent upon experience

Job Purpose:

As our HR Advisor, you will be an integral part of a small and busy team, and you will be able to demonstrate outstanding communication skills with a passion for working with people. You will be providing expert advice on operational and nonHR policies and processes, where managing a small caseload of sickness, performance, probation or disciplinary cases, forms just part of this role. You will also support the Assistant HR Business Partner and Senior HR team in delivering corporate objectives and strategies.
As well as having excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, you will be proficient with all Microsoft IT packages, be able demonstrate excellent customer service, and confident with the delivery of training across the organisation both virtually and face to face.
