East Coast Pizza Company is a mobile catering business selling wood fired pizza from a custom made trailer around the Norfolk area.

Previous experience with handling dough is preferable but can be taught if not.

Responsibilities:

- stretch dough and top pizzas

Requirements:

Familiarity with professional kitchen equipment.
Food Hygiene certificate
Team spirit
Ability to work under pressure
Driving licence preferable. (lifts can be given but you must be able to get to Taverham.)
