What to expect:
As Talent Acquisition Specialist - Contingent workforce, you will join us on our journey and undertake a critical role, supporting the service delivery of the contractor workforce across the business.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager and working closely with Talent Acquisition Partner - Contingent Workforce; you will support the coordination of onboarding and offboarding of contractors, regular reporting, and ownership of process documentation.
Working in collaboration with hiring managers and our Managed Service Provider (MSP), you will act as the first point of contact for all contractor recruitment queries.
Operating in line with SLA's you will ensure legal compliance with IR35 legislation, employment law and Agency Worker Regulations (AWR).

What you'll need to succeed:
You will be a highly organised professional, with a strong attentional to detail.
As TA Specialist you will have previous experience working in a Talent Acquisition or recruitment role, ideally having previously worked with contingent workforce.
In addition you will:
- Have an understanding of IR35, AWR and WTD.
- Demonstrate strong administration skills and a competent user across the Microsoft package, including excel.
- Have ability to use data to create reports for senior management.
- Be adaptable with a creative mindset; keen to learn new skills and systems.
- Demonstrate a logical and inquisitive approach to objectives, who proactively seek solutions to problems.
- Be passionate about personal development and working in an environment of continuous improvement.
