£45,000- £80,000 on target earnings per annum _(base + commission + incentive)_ and a full-time stint.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for converting unlimited warm leads into SALES via the telephone.
- NO cold calling involved prospects are eagerly expecting your call and have completed an online assessment or ALREADY booked themselves in for an appointment with you and want to be served. How cool is that
- Responsibility for achieving high daily productivity with a pure focus on smashing KPIs.
- Identifying the patients' needs and working with the doctor to find appropriate treatments for the patient.
- Communicating clear, empathetic, and concise information to patients following medically compliant consultative sales script.
- Maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing results with excellence.
- Always maintaining a positive, helpful, and professional attitude towards prospects, patients and other team members.
- Manage patient calls and appointments promptly and effectively.
- Patient account management—to process customer accounts; maintain records of patient interactions, and ensure details are updated accurately and properly endorsed.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent phone etiquette, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional tone and empathy, and ability to establish rapport quickly
- Huge determination and drive to succeed
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
- Call centre experience is an advantage.
- Personal development, personal training or mentoring experience an advantage.
- Previous sales experience is a bonus, but not essential
