Order Management Clerk - Maidenhead (Hybrid) - £12 - £18 per hour

Our Client

Rapidly growing, PE backed software organisation with huge plans to expand over the coming years, need an Order Management Clerk to join their team.

This role either offers a step into finance, or could suit someone with strong order management experience that is happy to remain in that area.

The Role:

You will administer, control and place all customer orders with third party suppliers

Duties will include:

Main point of contact for all new orders:

Report against order placement, ensuring that orders are right first time
Query management
Discount reconciliation
Internal reporting
Contract management
Drive process improvement

About You

Ideally you will have prior work experience in a similar field, some experience of working within a finance department and experience of working on spreadsheets and accounting systems.

You will also need strong time management skills and be a good communicator.
