Procure Recruitment Group are actively recruiting for an experienced and enthusiastic sales & logistics administrator to join our clients team on a full time and permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to kick start a long term career within a highlyreputable business.Main Admin Duties Include -
- Quoting customers.
- Manage incoming calls.
- Invoice checking.
- Progress purchase orders.
- Ordering and managing stationery supplies and other office base items.
- Check certification of purchases and suppliers.
- Staff time sheets overtime allocation and review.
- Deal with new account enquiries.
- Manage internal and external post.
- Undertake any other project or reasonable request required by the business.
Main Logistics Duties Include-
- Packing/unpacking of all items including heavy items requiring mechanical assistance.
- Dealing with couriers and all transportation requirements and issues.
- Ensuring all packaging is suitable and secure and all labelling information is correct.
- Operate lifting equipment maintain relevant training required to operate this.
- Maintain manual handling training.
- Liaise with Leser UK regarding stock availability.
- Ensure all export documentation is correct.
- Produce daily packing record.
- Ensure sufficient packing materials are always available.
Fridays - 8:30am
- 4:00pm
