Procure Recruitment Group are actively recruiting for an experienced and enthusiastic sales & logistics administrator to join our clients team on a full time and permanent basis.

Main Admin Duties Include -

  • Quoting customers.
  • Manage incoming calls.
  • Invoice checking.
  • Progress purchase orders.
  • Ordering and managing stationery supplies and other office base items.
  • Check certification of purchases and suppliers.
  • Staff time sheets overtime allocation and review.
  • Deal with new account enquiries.
  • Manage internal and external post.
  • Undertake any other project or reasonable request required by the business.

Main Logistics Duties Include-

  • Packing/unpacking of all items including heavy items requiring mechanical assistance.
  • Dealing with couriers and all transportation requirements and issues.
  • Ensuring all packaging is suitable and secure and all labelling information is correct.
  • Operate lifting equipment maintain relevant training required to operate this.
  • Maintain manual handling training.
  • Liaise with Leser UK regarding stock availability.
  • Ensure all export documentation is correct.
  • Produce daily packing record.
  • Ensure sufficient packing materials are always available.
Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 4:30pm

Fridays - 8:30am

  • 4:00pm
