About Our Client:


My client are a fasting growing business who have recently merged with another business so its a very exciting time to join the organisation.

They have a hugely supportive working environment with full training provided and they offer flexible working with 3 days from home and 2 day in office.


The main duties of the role will include:


Support a variety of customer externally with systems training and guidance on how to produce reports and data required for the business.


  • Provide any solutions when required and collect any feedback accordingly.
  • Highlight any key performance issues which can be improved and advice on ideas.
  • Solve any problems efficiently and provide solutions consistently to achieve satisfaction levels.
  • Work efficiently in a team dynamic.

The Successful Applicant:

Interest in IT and helpdesk

Good customer service

Attention to detail

Organisation

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
