My client is a leading SaaS sales business based in Angel, their tech is an intelligence platform for institutional investors, providing data and software solutions to a wide range of alternative investments businesses and individuals globally.

They servicea large variety of Limited Partners funds around the world, from private banks, Pension Funds, Insurance Companies, to Sovereign Wealth Funds.

Some of their impressive clients include Kruger Inc, Artemis, UBS, Antarctica Asset Management, and many more.


Having received large investment recently, they're now looking to grow the extremely successful team with their next cohort of motivated
junior Sales Development Representatives.

6 months experience in an outbound sales position, ideally within a Financial setting,

SDR - The Package on Offer
-
£30,000-£35,000DOE starting salary

  • Uncapped commission and bonus scheme, OTE around
    £40K in year one
  • Quarterly successbased bonuses
- £30 per demo booked + 5% of revenue per deal

Life of a Sales Development Representative

  • Prospect new leads using the best tools and resources on the market
  • Qualify those leads using a variety of outbound techniques, establish prospects pain points and pitching company solutions effectively often through multiple touch points
  • Book in meetings with Account Executives
  • Outreach to preexisting customers and reestablish those relationships, cross and upselling
  • Communicate excellent product knowledge, advising prospective clients on how the company's solutions can help them
  • Tracking and reporting efficiently using company automation software and techstacks (HubSpot, Lusha and more).

Requirements of the role:


  • 612 months experience in an outbound sales, or 360 recruitment role
    essential:
  • Experience or interest in the finance space
  • Be ambitious and hardworking, going the extra mile to achieve and exceed targets
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be comfortable and confident making outbound calls, working at pace and under pressure with accuracy
  • Have the ability to excel in a highenergy, fastpaced sales environment
  • Be customerfocused, remaining professional and credibly building rapport with clients and prospects
