Night-time Supervisor Belfast City Centre £26,000 This is one of the best quality 5 star hotels in town, I would call this a 5 star, this role is to oversee the night time management from 9pm to 6/7pm pending This hotel and guest rooms are something out of Covent Gardens in London, quality and attention to detail is second to none, to be part of this hotel which is expanding and will be opening new premises in different parts of the town, so now is the time to get in.

Role is to ensure customers' needs are met at night but more importantly they are safe within the hotel while during their stay, so a level head good communicator is key The main responsibilities of the Night Supervisor can involve.


  • Responsible for smooth and efficient operation of the hotel at night and to ensure the highest level of customer service
  • Guest relations
  • Responsible for overall health & safety at night including fire walks, security checks, and any other relevant health safety duties e.
g. first aid
  • Front Office duties including running the night audit report and check in and check out of guests
  • Supervising the Nights porter
  • Food & Beverage service at night
  • Ensuring meeting rooms are set to the correct standard
  • Contribute to the efficient running of the hotel.
