We are looking for a trainee lettings negotiator to join our dynamic team.

If you possess excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and oral, and have a professional, positive, ambitious, and enthusiastic approach, we want to meet you.

Ability to manage, maintain, and develop relationships proactively with potential vendors, landlords, tenants, and buyers

Job Role:

Maximize business opportunities from every client interaction, ensuring creation of market appraisals, instructions, viewings, and lettings referrals
Source new Instructions for Sales and Lettings
Ensure all paperwork is accurate and timely
Meet and exceed set targets

Energetic and selfmotivated
Capability to work in a fastpaced dynamic office environment
Positive approach to all tasks and responsibilities
Keen interest in performancebased targets
Strong inclination to make calls for generating appointments for viewings and valuations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a rapid ability to establish and nurture relationships
Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team
All applicants must hold a full clean driving license and maintain a professional appearance.
