- Answering inbound calls from current customers
- Handing customer enquires
- Providing information on the product and process
- Doing general admin duties
- Prioritising tasks
Skills & Experience
- Previous customer service experience
- Proficient with CRM systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident on the telephone
- Basic administration abilities
