Roles & Responsibilities

  • Answering inbound calls from current customers
  • Handing customer enquires
  • Providing information on the product and process
  • Doing general admin duties
  • Prioritising tasks

Skills & Experience

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Proficient with CRM systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident on the telephone
  • Basic administration abilities
