Remote


We are currently seeking a Senior Sales Manager /Director experienced in the Educational publishing and technology sector

  • Working for a global
    service provider providing a portfolio of digital
    resources, software and printed matter that
    help aid
    teaching,
  • Understanding of technology and content business in the education markets especially university, publishing, Technology and EdTech segments
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and understanding of broader business implications of decisions. Promoting a vision that resonates with your team and with your customer.


Working remotely, you will report to the Head of Sales, develop a geographic territory, cultivate new relationships, educate prospects, and ultimately drive revenue.

We're looking for experienced sales personnel to develop and scale our Clients sales Development program


You will be a key member of the revenue management team, leading pipeline generation and development of the Sales function; manage and maintain a joint global sales pipeline to ensure high-profile joint sales opportunities are sourced, developed, and closed.


What You Will Do

  • Achieve and exceed the preK12 sales revenue goal in assigned sales and Operational expense budgets. Accountable working within assigned sales operational budgets
  • Seek new solutions opportunities for growth in sales territory. Looking for digital sales and emerging opportunities
  • Work with the Sales Head to translate vision and strategy into effective sales actions to maximize profitable revenue across all PreK12 services and solutions in assigned territory
  • Drive sales execution across activities, including coordination of lead generationrelated and joint sales enablement activities

Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Develop a geographic territory, cultivate new relationships, educate prospects, and ultimately drive new sales to exceed revenue targets


Demonstrate an effective approach to developing your territory, keeping a business plan up-to-date, and building on a proper sales strategy.

Cultivate deep relationships that result in a deep knowledge of your territory, market trends, competitor activity, and budgetary constraints

  • 3+ years of K12, EdTech and Technology sales or equivalent experience preferred
  • 5+ years of closing experience preferred
  • Experience in K12 education/administration is beneficial.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work in a consultative sales environment with a longer salescycle

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Temporary contract, Freelance


Salary:
£58,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
