Are you a fantastic administrator who is available to start in a 2 month temporary position?

If the answer is yes, this could be the ideal role for you

Our client is hiring an Office Administrator to join their welcoming and friendly team on a temporary basis.


You will be required provide support across the business including front of house duties, administration support and co - ordination of meetings and travel for the team.

This is a busy and varied role with a range of different tasks.


Main duties and responsibilities include:

  • Be support for incoming telephone calls and directing to team members.
  • Ensure that the office environment is maintained to a high standard for clients and suppliers
  • Maintain all office equipment including servicing schedules / repairs as required with the help of suppliers
  • Creating records and entering detailed information onto the company database, generating correspondence, and attaching documents
  • Set up conference calls in the boardroom and meeting room for the team and prepare meeting rooms for meetings and training sessions, utilising Teams / Zoom
  • Arrange refreshments and IT set up for meetings
  • Make travel bookings as required including conference attendance
